The Dentist work was also poor. The originally filling they put on my daughter tooth fell off a week after they put it on -- the mold that they need to take to permanently repair the tooth takes 3-4 weeks minimum to create.
Rude staff and unprofessional work environment
Unprofessional! From the front office to the Dr. The accounting/business office especially!!!! I went in for a simple checkup, do to a impacted Wisdom Tooth, and it took over an hour. The lady handling the accounting being the worst, she remained on the phone the entire time I was there, seemingly on an Unprofessional Business Call or a Personal Call, either way, it was loud!!! I was told to wait, while my Insurance was verified for the cost to remove Wisdom Teeth After about a 30 minute wait, I choose to leave and allow them to call me, I waited for that call for 3 Days, I called back on the 3rd day, and was told they were still waiting. I FOUND THIS LAUGHABLE!!! I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO TRUST YOUR TEETH TO, I WILL NEVER RETURN.....And will Make sure to relay this information to everyone I know......
Because of their (lack of) service, I missed work multiple times and my daughter spent weeks ashamed to talk or smile.
The staff is horrible. We made an appointment, had confirmation calls and once we got there was then told there was a problem with insurance issue and we would have to reschedule. Refused to let me pay cash so my child had to walk around with a broken front tooth from May - August while they worked out issues with issuance (this was an error by dentist office and insurance and nothing we personally did incorrectly).

Staff didn't return calls and when I finally asked the receptionist to confirm how she had my name and number she admitted she didn't even write it down.
I was given the incorrect email address by staff upon my first appt. to receive my X-Ray's, prior to my appt., which then delayed my appt only to be rescheduled. My spouse loved them but I'm in the medical field and so far professionalism isn't happening for me. I'm afraid of else will happen once I have the appt. Hopefully it will go a lot smoother
